For far too long, women have been inhibited by prejudice, religion, culture and fear, and many women have not been performing at their fullest potential. Therefore, abilities, gifts and talents have lain dormant or been under-utilized.
Consequently, more than half of God’s workforce has been made redundant, and the Church has insisted on operating the Kingdom of God way below capacity by limiting the women. This has been a major setback to the advancement of the Gospel and God’s kingdom, because whilst souls are dying, perishing and going to hell, the Church has been reluctant to operate at full potential, by releasing the women to work.If we were a limited liability company, we would have gone into liquidation by now!
However, there is a move of God taking place all over the world. This move appeared slow and subtle when it began, but is becoming more and more evident. God is liberating and releasing the women to work! God is breaking the shackles of culture and tradition, cutting the chains of religion, removing the fetters of mediocrity, rolling the stones away from the mouths of the caves of fear, low self-esteem and self worth, breaking the locks on the doors of the boxes of prejudice and opening the doors of the prisons of depression, oppression and suppression to release His women to work!! Hallelujah!
Women can now rise up, shake the chains and fetters off their feet and hands, come out of the boxes, caves and prisons and worship and serve their God!! Culture and tradition can no longer hold them, for they refuse to conform to the boundaries set for them by human beings. Religion and prejudice cannot stop them! Nothing, absolutely nothing, will stop them!! They will be a mighty weapon/instrument in God’s hand, for the final harvest into His kingdom, women in tune with God and on fire for His work. They will form a global army, a network of prayerful, wise and confident women, who will rise up from the place of mediocrity to affect and change their families, churches, workplaces, communities, societies, and nations.
Psalm 68: 11,12
“The Lord gives the word [of power]; the women who bear and publish [the news] are a great host. The kings of the enemies' armies, they flee, they flee! She who tarries at home divides the spoil [left behind].” (AMP)
The purpose of the FREE TO SERVE Seminars and workshops is to relay the message to women in every corner of the earth that Jesus Christ has set them free, so that they can arise and take their place in the work of proclaiming the gospel and harvesting souls for God’s kingdom.
Matthew 9:36-38
“But when He saw the multitudes He was moved with compassion for them, because they were weary and scattered, like sheep having no shepherd. Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest is truly plentiful, but the labourers are few. Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out labourers into His harvest”
FREE TO SERVE is a strategy to recruit, train, prepare and equip and release women as labourers in the global harvest of souls for God’s kingdom. It offers training for the individual trainee and also, comprehensive training for the trainer/teacher.
A Time for Change takes an in-depth look at the present state and condition of women, and deals with what hinders women, namely, prejudice, religion, denominationalism and culture. This topic establishes that there is a need for change, and that change must begin to take place immediately.
An exiting and interesting journey of discovery into, and an evaluation of, the radical and revolutionary manner in which Jesus interacted with and related the women He encountered. Jesus came to set the captives free and demonstrated this by overturning centuries of prejudice against and subordination of women. This topic also takes a look at Jewish culture regarding women in Jesus’ day, and compares it with present-day culture.
Fear affects everyone and works in a simple but interesting way, yet it’s hold on us can be very complicated and permanent. Fear hinders us from achieving our God-given goals and dreams. To become effective vessels in God’s hand, women must learn to deal with fear and overpower, overcome and overthrow it. The Cage of Fear addresses the issue and offers a way out for many women, enabling them to fulfill their destinies.
The topic of submission, as you have probably never heard it discussed before. This is a daring and thought provoking analysis of the issue of submission, as it impacts the lives of women everywhere. In dealing with submission people often go to an extreme, and either use it as a tool to imprison women or to encourage them to walk in rebellion and disobedience to the Word of God. The topic examines the issue of submission, God’s intended purpose for woman regarding submission and the example Jesus Christ set for us.
The redemption of humanity by Jesus Christ is the only solution to the trans-cultural and trans-generational predicament of women Christ. The redemptive work on the Cross more than satisfies the requirements for divine justice in pardoning us. Christ paid the debt owed and ransomed us from the bondage and consequences of sin. Women no longer have to pay for what Eve did, and women, in Christ, are free to become all that God destined for us to be. There is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.
God’s reason for releasing us and setting us free is to worship Him in intimate relationship, and to serve Him. God requires both worship and service from us because they are the primary purposes for our creation. This topic focuses on the reason for our freedom and encourages women to spend the rest of their lives walking in liberty, and worshipping and serving God.
