How It All Began

WOMEN IN TUNE Inc. is a ministry dedicated to helping women discover intimacy with the Father and their true identity, purpose and status in God. The ministry was launched, by the leading of Lord, on 27th January 2002. It all began with about eight women and two men in Cobby and Jennifer Wallace’s living room.

The growth and expansion of WIT, since then, has been steady and effective. This is because the focus of WIT is more on building character, strength and integrity in women, than anything else. With each passing year, the ministry is not only transforming lives and stirring up passion for the things of God in both men and women, but also, emerging and evolving into a powerful and effectual tool in the Lord’s hand.

Our Vision

“The Lord gives the word [of power]; the women who bear and publish [the news] are a great host. The kings of the enemies' armies, they flee, they flee! She who tarries at home divides the spoil [left behind].” Psalm 68:11 (AMP)

Our Vision is........

• An army of women, who have been set free to love, worship and serve God! Women who are in tune with God and obey His voice.
• A host of prayerful, wise and confident women, full of faith and strong in the Word of God.
• A throng of women, who have been restored, transformed, and made whole in every area of their lives to reflect the image of God and the character of Christ.
• Myriads of women who have risen from the place of mediocrity and weakness to effectively change their families, churches, communities, cities and nations.
• A global army and network of Kingdom-minded women from every nation, on fire for God and who, together with the men, are proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ in all nations.

Our Mandate

Isaiah 61: 1- 4
“To preach good tidings to the poor;
To heal the broken hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives;
And the opening of the prison to those who are bound;
To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord;
To comfort all who mourn, to console those who mourn in Zion;
To give them beauty for ashes,
The oil of joy for mourning,
The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness,
That they may be called trees of righteousness,
The planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.
And they shall rebuild the old ruins,
They shall raise up the former desolations,
And they shall repair the ruined cities,

Our Mandate is.....

• To proclaim the redemption of ‘woman’, and declare she has been delivered and set free. To restore ‘woman’ to her original glory – Psalm 45:13-15
• To raise unique women with a love and passion for God, whose lives are aligned with God’s Word and who reflect His glory. These women will defy prejudice, cultural and denominational barriers, and rise up to affect their marriages, families, communities, cities and nation(s). These in-tune women of virtue will become mighty instruments in God’s hands!
• To raise an end-time army of prayerful women of strength. These women will work hand in hand with the men to bring in the final harvest of souls into God’s Kingdom.
• To prepare the Church, the Bride, for the soon coming of Jesus Christ, the Messiah. (Revelation 22:12-17).

Statement of Faith

• The Word of God

We believe that the Scriptures are the inspired and infallible Word of God, without error, and as such they are revelation from God to man. 

2 Timothy 3:16

• The Trinity

We believe that there is only One God, a triune God, Infinite, Eternal, Perfect in Love, Holiness and Truth, self-existent, self-revealed and manifested to man as Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

• Jesus Christ

We believe that Jesus Christ is the Messiah, the Son of God Who came down to earth, died a cruel and shameful death on the cross, rose up from the dead, ascended into heaven and is seated at the right-hand of God the Father

• Salvation

We believe that salvation is the gift of God made manifest through the Love, faith and grace of Jesus Christ. Man can be justified only by grace through personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

• The Holy Spirit

We believe that the Holy Spirit is present on earth to testify of and glorify Jesus Christ, to commune and fellowship with the believer and to convict men of sin, righteousness and judgement.

The Holy Spirit is present and at work today within the Church through His gifts and fruit. We believe that the baptism of the Holy Spirit is a gift that enables each believer to edify him or herself, and such baptism empowers the believer to be an effective minister of the gospel.

• Men and Women in Ministry

We believe that each member of the Church, both male and female, is a representation of Christ’s Being, to show forth His nature, radiance and glory and by doing so effectively proclaim the gospel to people in all nations and walks of life and making them disciples. We believe that both men and women have been called and anointed to proclaim the gospel and manifest the goodness of God to all flesh.

• The Reign and Rule of Christ

We believe that the Church of Jesus Christ, through prophetic destiny and fulfilment, is God’s instrument to establish and extend God's kingdom until the personal literal coming of Christ to reign over all the earth.
